虹吸式臥式刮刀卸料離心機是在普通臥式刮刀卸料離心機的基礎(chǔ)上，增加了虹吸功能，利用虹吸原理增加過濾推動力，透過過濾介質(zhì)的濾液全部進入濾液室，濾液通過虹吸管排出轉(zhuǎn)鼓，調(diào)節(jié)虹吸管吸入口位置可改變虹吸室內(nèi)液面深度，以改變過濾推動力，調(diào)節(jié)過濾速度、處理能力濾餅的含濕量以及洗滌效率。
設(shè)置反沖裝置，可在需要時向虹吸室內(nèi)加入反沖液，洗滌液經(jīng)過濾介質(zhì)流向轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，使過濾介質(zhì)恢復(fù)過濾性能，得以再生。虹吸式臥式刮刀卸料離心機適合于生產(chǎn)量大、要求濾餅含濕量低并充分洗滌的場合。
